MSU Alternative Spring Break Students Honor Don
Don was to be one of the Site Leaders at the  MSU Alternative Spring Break, which
took place from March 7th thru March 14th.  His fellow students dedicated this trip in his
honor and named it "The Don Ausman trip to New Orleans."
The Alternative Spring Break Students chose New Orleans for Spring Break 2009.  
They traveled to New Orleans and worked with the Belle Reve Family Home, helping
adults and families living with AIDS and HIV-related infections.
The Don Ausman Foundation has donated $1,850.00 to help subsidize this trip.
Special Thanks to those who have purchased "Don's FRIENDS" T-shirts
and made contributions to this Great Cause......making this possible.
The Foundation has also donated,  "Don's FRIENDS" T-shirts to all of the Students.
Don's Family is so proud of Don and HONORED to be part of this Great Cause.

The MSU Office of International Students and Scholars honored Don with a Certificate of Recognition at the 3rd Annual Globie
Awards on Thursday, April 9th in the Spartan Club. The Globie Awards ceremony recognizes outstanding service to International
students and scholars at MSU.  They honored the memory of Don and for all he did to help International students.

"Don's FRIENDS" Gather in Support of Don's FOUNDATION
Over 60 of "Don's FRIENDS" pose here in St. Augustine Florida, just after a local Run called the
"Mickler Mile".  The run was sponsored by the Ancient City Road Runners.  Don was personal
friends with many in this group and trained with them during his time visiting his St. Augustine
home.  Special "THANKS" to this wonderful group of supportive Friends.  They look GREAT in
their "Don's FRIENDS" T-Shirts!

MSU Alternative Break Students Visit St.Augustine
MSU Alternative Spring Break Students chose St. Augustine in March of 2016.  They were hosted by
Don's Family, St. Augustine Beach Police and the Council on Aging of St. Augustine.  The Students
built ramps for crippled Seniors and helped with lawn maintenance.  A GREAT Trip!!
